Shashi Vikasit



Profile: Shashi Vikasit is B.Textiles from G.C.T.I., Kanpur in the year 1982 and M.Tech. (Textile Engineering) from IIT,Delhi in 1998. He has got training at Scottish College of Textiles,Galashiels (U.K.) and NIFT,Delhi. He has been closely associated with World Bank assisted Technician Education Project and Canada India Industry Institute Linkage project. He is also founder and secretary of Textile Association (India), Gwalior Unit. He joined this institution in 1984 and has been serving with this institute since then in various teaching and administrative capacity and now as principal since 2006.
